Customer Support Specialist (Software)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • – Support customers through communication channels such as Zalo, Email, Hotline .. manuals, answer questions, synthesize product errors to send to relevant departments for processing support
  • – Handling customer complaints if any
  • – Synthesize customer feedback to improve products and service delivery processes
  • – Finalize & improve customer support process documents
  • – Collaborate with departments to deliver the best technical support quality improvements

Requirement

  • – Graduated from university/college. At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position
  • – Listening, communication and emotional control skills
  • – Problem analysis and root cause analysis skills
  • – Able to work independently. Positive attitude, proactive at work
  • – Knowledge of Customer Support Process and Hospital Operations
