Integration training plays an important role in creating the best orientation and environment right from the first working days. The integration training provides new employees an overview of the Group, helps them quickly access to the work and partly realize the close attention of the Group. In addition to professional knowledge, it is also very important to quickly grasp operating processes and activities between departments.

The contents of the integration training program provide new members with basic information about: the process of establishment - development, scale and fields of operation, types of products, business services, etc as well as remuneration, working environment, knowledge and regulations on human resource management when joining the Group.
Also within the framework of the program, new employees have the opportunity to have a deeper understanding of the Group's Vision, Mission and Core Values, thereby having the opportunity to instill the thought of the Board of Directors to determine the guideline for all activities in the future"

a) As a unit accompanying Hanoi University of Technology, especially the Department of Electronics Technology and Biomedical Engineering for many years, VMED Group is honored to support the school and its students in scientific research activities.
VMED Group accompanies the school not only as a sponsor but also as a member of the Board of Examiners of the Contest in this year. More specifically, Mr. Nguyen Van Hung – Product Manager, Vietmedical (member of VMED Group) - member of the Board of Examiners is a former student of the Department of Electronics Technology and Biomedical Engineering.
This program aims to create conditions for students with research passion to be creative with their own personal knowledge "works". The University would like to express deep thanks to VMED Group for co-operation to create a scientific playground for students, creating an environment for them to make creativity and develop their thinking in scientific research.”
b) VMED Group and IBD @ NEU implement the training activities – Narrowing the gap from "theory" to practice
IBD @ NEU is a comprehensive and intensive international training program under the Institute of International Education - National Economics University.
Understanding that the goals of IBD @ NEU is to create an international standard training environment at the university level, promote the potential of students and orientate in line with the needs of the output work, VMED Group accompanied the IBD in inputs selection and planning for co-ordination in organizing practical seminars and projects for students.
Specifically, on 13 & 14 September, 2020, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Hue - Human Resources Director of VMED Group and a former student of the Institute of International Education represented the corporation to attend the admission council to choose the potential agents who are qualified to become new students of IBD in the course 16 by 2020. In addition, the program was attended by professors, lecturers of National Economics University, senior managers from many businesses and former students as well as trainees of the Institute of International Education.
Under the business mission of "Commitment to a healthier and happier community", VMED Group not only brings the high quality products and solutions but also pledges to create a healthy, positive and sustainable working environment.
